Working with us

You pay to know whether a decision deserves your confidence.

Not per seat, not per login. Priced against the cost of being wrong, and built for a relationship, not a one-off.

Priced to the decision, not the software

You pay for the certainty a call needs: a fraction of the capital it de-risks. Never per user, never per login.

It has to earn its fee

Every read has to change the decision. If it doesn't move the call, it shouldn't cost you.

Built for the long term

The value compounds: assets re-read as evidence arrives, a register kept current. That's the membership, not a one-off.

One asset · the decision

Operational Decision Review

We take one asset and the decision you're facing, and tell you, from the evidence that already exists, whether you're acting on the right variable, what you can defend, and what's at risk if you're wrong. We don't quote savings we can't yet stand behind.

Govern Operations Continuously

When evidence changes, decisions should too.

Continuous access. The first review protects one decision; after that, the system keeps governing the asset. We re-read your assets on a schedule, fold in new evidence, failures, inspections and maintenance findings as they arrive, and include a set number of decision reviews each year.

  • Scheduled re-reads
  • New evidence folded in as it lands
  • Portal access
  • Decision reviews included

We keep intake small on purpose.

There are two of us, by design. The software and the agents do the heavy analysis, but every read is curated by a person, because a decision that commits effort, engineering and capital shouldn't be signed off on whatever a model produces unreviewed.

A limited number of assets, each quarter. Not a tactic: the only way to hold the rigor.

Figures are set per engagement. Tell us the asset and the decision, and we'll scope it.
