The company

The question governs the asset.

Our job is to make sure attention, effort and capital back the right problem, before they move.

Why we exist

Organizations rarely fail for lack of a solution. They fail because they solved the wrong problem: effort, engineering and maintenance flow to the newest equipment, a supplier's framing, or a benchmark in fashion, before anyone understands what actually governs the system. The analysis underneath can be rigorous and the arithmetic exact, and the project will still send resources to the wrong place.

The real error usually sits one level up, in the question being answered. A wrong question can survive thousands of correct calculations and quietly return a confident but mistaken conclusion. We catch it there, before it pulls effort, engineering and capital behind it.

What we do

We govern one thing: what deserves action. The system governs attention first, then effort, engineering, maintenance and validation, and only at the end the money. It does not move capital for you; it decides what the evidence is allowed to justify, from the claims it can support, to the decision those claims warrant.

Where the proof is too thin to bear a claim, we withhold it and the work waits. The analysis is machine-assisted and the judgment stays human, so nothing reaches you on confidence it has not earned.

Why it's here

The animation below is that line in motion: action advances only as each claim earns its evidence, and it holds the moment one link falls short.

The asset changes. The read should too.

A first review protects one decision. After that, the system keeps governing the asset as the evidence changes: new evidence, failures, inspections, production changes, maintenance findings and regulatory changes all revise what the asset can credibly claim, so the read is meant to be renewed, not filed away. This is a discipline, not a deliverable.

Built by David Lagarejo, through Zircular, from a pattern repeated across the operations people run: the shortage is rarely good options, it is a clear-eyed way to choose which one deserves action.

FAQ

Questions about the company

Is this a consultancy or a product?

It is a decision governance system, machine-assisted and human-curated. Automation accelerates the read; a person curates every read before it ships. The output is a governed decision, not a deck of options.

How is the company different from an audit or a dashboard?

An audit observes the asset. A dashboard shows the data. Neither governs the decision. The company exists to govern what the evidence is allowed to support before capital moves.

Who is behind it?

The system was created by David Lagarejo, through Zircular, from years of working around operational decisions on plants, buildings and facilities. The institution, not the founder, is the point: a formalized discipline for governing decisions before money moves.
